Cherokee Elder Care (CEC) is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) designed to help elders remain healthy and independent in their homes. It offers a comprehensive range of medical and social services, including primary care, rehabilitation, home health, transportation, and social activities. CEC is the first PACE program sponsored by a Native American tribe and serves northeastern Oklahoma. Participants enjoy hot lunches, snacks, and recreational activities like Wii games, crafts, and outdoor recreation. The program is open to anyone 55 or older who meets the qualifications, regardless of Native American heritage.

Services & Care

Cherokee Elder Care provides a wide array of services to meet the needs of its participants. These include primary care, medical specialties, occupational, physical, and speech therapy, home health services, transportation, social services, behavioral health, and more. Participants also have access to an adult day health center where they can socialize, engage in recreational activities, and receive nutritional counseling.
