Share Your Care Adult Day Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality adult day services as an alternative to institutional care. Founded in 1975, it serves adults and seniors who may be frail, physically or developmentally disabled, or suffering from conditions like Alzheimer's, Dementia, or Parkinson's. The center offers a safe, supervised environment where participants can engage in various activities while their caregivers get much-needed respite. Share Your Care aims to enhance the quality of life for its participants and prevent premature institutionalization by offering person-centered services tailored to individual needs. The organization is recognized for its innovative and quality programs, including specialized memory care and intergenerational activities.

Share Your Care provides a wide range of services designed to meet the needs of its participants. These include memory care for individuals with Alzheimer's or related dementias, traditional New Mexican meals like green chili chicken enchiladas and posole, and a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, exercise groups, dances, and musical presentations. The center also offers skill-building activities like cognitive classes, number recognition, and money management. Additional services include yoga, music, art, and massage therapy, as well as access to a consulting nurse and pharmacist. Share Your Care works closely with supported employment organizations to help interested individuals find employment. All activities are age-appropriate, culturally relevant, and accommodate those with visual, hearing, or cognitive impairments.

Share Your Care Adult Day Services is located at 2651 Pan American Fwy NE STE A, Albuquerque, NM 87107. The center operates Monday through Friday, with the exception of nine holidays and five staff training days per year. Specific hours can be obtained by contacting the Program Coordinator at the nearest location. The organization accepts Medicaid and offers a sliding fee scale for private pay, with rates starting at $15.00 per hour. Funding sources include Adult Protective Services, Area Agency on Aging, Centennial Care, DD Waiver, Mi Via Self-Directed Waiver, Veterans Administration, and private grants.
