AdultDaycareCenters.org is a free directory of adult day care centers in the United States, run independently by Kasper Pollas. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: kasper@adultdaycarecenters.org.

Messages you send us

When you use a contact or "find care" form, we receive what you type: usually your name, email address, phone number, message, and for care requests the location and the kind of care needed. We use it only to pass your message to the center or centers you asked about (or that match your request) and to reply to you. The centers receive your message and contact details so they can answer you.

Forms are delivered by Formspree, our form service, and handled in our Google Workspace mailbox. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists. We keep messages only as long as we need them to help you, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

Visit statistics

We keep our own simple statistics to see which pages are useful. For each visit we record a random ID stored in your browser tab (it ends when you close the tab; no cookies), the pages viewed, the site you came from, the buttons used (for example "call" or "website"), time on the page, the device type, and the approximate state and country derived from your connection. We don't store your IP address, and nothing in these statistics identifies you.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the pages (for example clicks and scrolling), which helps us improve the site. Clarity may use cookies; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Center listings

Center information (name, address, phone, website, services, hours) comes from public sources such as the centers' own websites, state licensing records and Google. Centers can ask us to correct or update their listing at any time.

Emails we send

Some emails we send, for example to organizations about our directory, include a small image that tells us whether the email was opened. It doesn't collect anything else.

Google data

We use Google services, including the Google Ads API (Keyword Planner), only to read data for our own account, such as how often people search for adult day care in a city. We don't access or store anyone else's Google account data.

Children

The site is meant for adults looking for care and is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to kasper@adultdaycarecenters.org. If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
