The center accepts Medicaid, and services for eligible participants are covered by Medicare and Medicaid through the PACE program, with no out-of-pocket expenses for those qualifying for both. Participants not eligible for Medicaid may be required to pay a premium. The center assists with the application process for the PACE program, which includes a medical necessity assessment and home visit by the Interdisciplinary Team.
