OC Anaheim Adult Day Health Care Center 橙县安纳海保健中心

OC Anaheim Adult Day Health Care is a Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) center for frail older adults and adults with chronic illness or disabilities who live in Orange County. A multidisciplinary health team assesses each participant and provides nursing, therapy and social services, and the center also gives family caregivers time off.
