Blooming Connections Inc. is dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to reach their personal goals and celebrate their unique strengths. The adult day program offers a supportive environment where participants can transform their goals into tangible successes through innovative programs tailored to meet diverse needs. Personalized programs, skill development, community connection, and ongoing support are key components of the program, ensuring a nurturing environment that fosters growth and independence.

Blooming Connections Inc. provides a range of services designed to meet the needs of individuals with IDD. Core services include transportation, a coffee/snack bar for social interaction, and person-centered programs promoting life skills and social inclusion. Therapeutic activities such as arts/crafts, music therapy, exercise classes, and community outings are offered. Technology-assisted learning is also incorporated to enhance communication and skill-building. The program supports individuals at all support levels, including those who are non-verbal or require 1:1 care.

Blooming Connections Inc. is located at 3140 S Parker Rd Ste 9, Aurora, CO 80014. The program operates Monday to Friday, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Transportation services are available for eligible participants. The center accepts Medicaid and self-pay options. Families are encouraged to schedule tours and participate in planning meetings.
