Boca Raton Adult Day Care Center

Boca Raton Adult Day Care Center is a non-medical social day program at 2120 N Dixie Highway, also serving families from Delray Beach, Highland Beach and Deerfield Beach. It offers weekday supervision, memory-supportive and cognitive activities, music, movement and art, meals and caregiver respite, with a planned ratio of about one staff member to six participants. A pre-enrollment assessment sets each person's level of support, from a standard social day to near-continuous supervision. It is licensed by Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration as an Adult Day Care Center for up to 40 participants.

A typical day runs from a morning welcome and snack through chair fitness, reminiscence, a hot lunch, a featured afternoon activity and a wind-down before departure. Participants get a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack and drinks throughout the day, along with medication reminders and gentle cueing. The center does not provide skilled nursing or administer medication. Optional door-to-door transportation is billed separately.

The center is at 2120 N Dixie Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33431, open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closed the last Thursday of each month for deep cleaning.
