Kinship PACE of South Florida

Kinship PACE of South Florida is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Davie that helps adults 55 and older keep living safely at home. An interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, social workers, therapists, drivers, activity staff and home care aides builds and coordinates each participant's care plan. Care is provided at the PACE center, at home and in the community. Most participants have Medicare and Medicaid, or qualify for both, and pay little or nothing. It is licensed by Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration as an Adult Day Care Center for up to 135 participants.

Kinship PACE services may include primary and specialist care, prescription drugs, vision, dental and hearing care, nursing and social work, lab work and X-rays, the PACE day center and adult day care, meals, physical and occupational therapy with an open gym, home care, medical equipment, transportation, palliative care and behavioral health. Participants must get their care from Kinship PACE or providers it authorizes, except in emergencies.

The center is at 2555 Davie Rd, Davie, FL 33317, open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. To qualify you must be 55 or older, meet Florida's nursing home level of care, be able to live safely in the community with PACE support, and live in the service area.
