Day by Day Adult Daycare

Day by Day Adult Daycare offers a home-like day program in Delta for adults who need supervision and support. Each participant has a personalized care plan developed with input from them and their doctor, assessed by a QMAP and reviewed by a registered nurse. Participants choose their own daily schedule, with activities at the center and outings in the community, and the center keeps at least a 1:4 staff-to-participant ratio. Families mention outings to shops, movies, picnics and rodeos. It is certified by Colorado's Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) as an adult day services provider.

Services include general supervision, two meals and snacks planned around dietary needs, transportation to and from the center, help scheduling and attending appointments, medication oversight, help with daily living and personal hygiene, and a general health assessment during attendance under RN supervision. Activities in the center and in the community come at no extra cost, with a monthly calendar so participants can plan their attendance.
