Soaring Eagle Center

Soaring Eagle Center is dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in DeSoto, TX. Founded in 2003 by a group of parents, the center has grown to serve over fifty individuals, offering a day habilitation program that focuses on academic and life skills, alongside social and athletic activities. The center fosters a community where participants can build friendships and engage in meaningful experiences both during and outside of program hours. Soaring Eagle Center is not just a program but a supportive community for individuals and their families.

The Soaring Eagle Center provides a comprehensive day habilitation program that includes academic and life skills classes, field trips, and social events. Participants can engage in Special Olympics activities, such as basketball and bowling, promoting physical wellness and community involvement. Additionally, the center offers HCS and TxHmL Medicaid waiver programs, providing essential services like case management, day habilitation, and specialized therapies to support individuals in living independently within the community.

Soaring Eagle Center is located at 107 Executive Way, Suite 101, in DeSoto, TX. The day habilitation program runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The center accepts Medicaid and offers services through HCS and TxHmL waiver programs.
