Adams Brown Community Action Partnership (ABCAP), which has served low- and moderate-income residents of Adams and Brown counties since 1965, runs this Adult Activity Center in its Georgetown building. It provides a safe, comfortable place for older men and women to spend the weekday while their families are at work or need a break. Participants can do arts and crafts, play games, exercise, watch TV or movies and socialize. ABCAP also offers senior meals, home care and senior companions.
