Jasmine Medical Day Care Center 真善美日間保健中心

Jasmine Medical Day Care Center was founded in 2013 in Germantown, Montgomery County, and serves health-impaired adults who do not need 24-hour care but need regular nursing, social and rehabilitative support. Its program is structured around nursing, rehabilitation and social services in a supportive group setting with a culturally relevant environment, and its website is published mainly in Chinese.
