Sarah's Place

Sarah's Place is a nonprofit adult day health program located in Haverhill, Massachusetts, dedicated to helping individuals remain healthy, active, and engaged in the community. Social outings to local restaurants and points of interest are also organized. Family education and support, respite care, and access to physical, occupational, and speech therapies are available. Transportation to and from the program is provided, ensuring accessibility for all participants.

Sarah's Place is located at 180 Water St, Haverhill, MA 01830. The program operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Payment options include MassHealth (Medicaid), Age Span, SCO’s (Senior Care Options), Veteran’s Administration, and PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care for Elders). Transportation services are available for participants. The cost starts at $125 per day, depending on the level of care required. Financial assistance may be available through various programs, and long-term care insurance or dependent-care tax credits might also help cover costs.
