Maui Adult Day Care Centers - Central Office

Maui Adult Day Care Centers (MADCC) offers a comprehensive daytime therapeutic program for frail elderly, individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia, and physically challenged adults. Specialized programs like the Pikake Program cater to lower-functioning individuals needing full assistance, while the Friday Night Sun Downing Program addresses the needs of those with dementia during evening hours. Clients also enjoy hot meals, snacks, and personal care services such as bathing. Transportation is available via MEO Para Transit.

Weekday hours are from 6:30am to 6:00pm, with additional programs like Friday Night Sun Downing (4:00pm to 9:00pm) and weekend respite services. Costs vary by program level, ranging from $65 to $76 per day. Financial assistance is available through the Kupuna Care Program for those who qualify. Transportation services are provided for a suggested donation. MADCC is licensed by the State of Hawaii and adheres to strict regulatory standards.
