TRU PACE

TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a managed health care plan designed exclusively for older adults. It enables participants to receive primary medical care, medication management, physical therapy, and specialty services while continuing to live at home. The program includes in-home care, social work assistance, and transportation to the TRU PACE day center, where participants can engage in social activities, exercise, and enjoy meals tailored to their dietary needs. TRU PACE serves individuals aged 55 and older who live in the designated service area and meet the state's nursing-home-level care requirements.
