Educational programs cover literature, ethics, art, and medicine, led by professionals. Additional services include haircuts, cosmetology, nail care, and escort to doctor appointments. Custom meal plans are designed around clients' prescribed diets, ensuring nutritional needs are met.

Millennium Adult Day Care is located at 9700 North Rodney Parham, Suite B, Little Rock, AR 72227. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with after-hours and weekends negotiable. The facility accepts ARChoices beneficiaries, VA benefits, and cash payments, with rates starting at $12.00 per hour or $400.00 per week for daily attendance. Transportation services are provided, and the facility is designed to accommodate up to 20 clients for comfort and convenience. Clients must be able to sit up during their stay and self-administer medications.
