Hope PACE Naples

Hope PACE Naples is one of five Hope PACE centers run by Hope Healthcare in southwest Florida. PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) coordinates primary and specialty medical care, medications, home care, therapies, transportation and socialization so older adults can keep living at home. Participants receive most of their health care at the center, which also offers activities, healthy meals and time with friends, with phone support available around the clock. It is licensed by the State of Florida (Agency for Health Care Administration) as an Adult Day Care Center (license 9186) for up to 60 participants.
