Elite Day Center of Charleston

Elite Day Center of Charleston is one of Elite Home Care's adult day health centers in South Carolina and serves seniors and adults with disabilities in the Lowcountry. Members can attend from one day a week to full schedules, and day care can be combined with Elite's in-home care. An RN on site handles health assessments, medication management and chronic disease oversight such as diabetes testing. Caregivers help with daily activities and redirect members with memory concerns. Hot catered lunches and snacks are dietitian-approved and adjusted for dietary restrictions. Activities include arts and crafts, fitness classes, cognitive games, music therapy, group outings and a movie room. Transportation to and from the center is available for a fee.
