Amrit Sabha Adult Day Care Center of MA is a South-Asian focused Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) center located in Northborough, Massachusetts. Inspired by a quote from Mahatma Gandhi, the center aims to provide top-tier service with reverence for its participants. It follows a Medical Day Care model as set forth by the Department of Public Health and is fully licensed and ADA compliant. It is the largest South Asian ADHC in the country in terms of square footage and strives to adhere to nine core business principles focused on participant care, integrity, and teamwork.

Amrit Sabha provides five core services for qualified participants: free transportation within a thirty-minute drive of the facility, free nutritious vegetarian meals including breakfast, snack, and a hot lunch daily, free social services assistance with insurance and social security applications, free medical services including vitals monitoring by a registered nurse, and free therapeutic activities reviewed by a certified Occupational Therapist. The center also offers a variety of activities to combat isolationism, a common issue among elders in the Indian community. The staff is trained to provide a culturally sensitive and caring environment, ensuring participants' health and social needs are met.

The center accepts Masshealth Standard, United Health Care SCO, Fallon Health SCO, and Tufts SCO, with all services free to qualified participants. For those who do not qualify, pay-as-you-go rates are available. Transportation is provided to and from the residence of the participant within a thirty-minute drive of the facility.
