Club ASPIRE

Club ASPIRE is a program designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, located in Pasadena, California. The mission is to enhance quality of life by promoting active and healthy lifestyles through dignity and respect. Participants engage in various activities aimed at skill-building and community integration. The program operates with a 1:4 staff-to-participant ratio, focusing on small group instruction and community-based activities. Club ASPIRE also offers weekend getaways through its ASPIRE Adventures program, providing unique social opportunities.

Club ASPIRE provides a range of activities including dance/movement, rhythm, art, cooking, and pet therapy. The program emphasizes social skills training, coping skills, and healthy lifestyle choices. Participants engage in meal planning, shopping, mobility training, and community field trips. Recreational activities include indoor and outdoor sports, swimming, hiking, and neighborhood walks. The High Spirits Dance program offers weekly classes and community performances. Individual action plans are tailored to participants' interests and needs.

Club ASPIRE is located at 595 Lincoln Ave., Pasadena, CA 91103. The program operates Monday-Friday from 2:00-6:00 PM. Transportation is provided for activities during program hours. The program is a vendor of the Frank D Lanterman Regional Center and operates under Christian Men and Women In Action, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
