The Adult Day Club is a weekday program at the Dementia Care and Education Campus on N. 44th Street in Phoenix, run by the nonprofit Hospice of the Valley. It is designed for people living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, with painting, music, dancing and exercise tailored to each person's interests. Members interact daily with preschoolers from the on-site YMCA Y-Academy child center, and the campus also offers a memory café, caregiver classes and support groups. Reviewers describe a peaceful, home-like campus and mention the intergenerational time with the children's day care and the free caregiver education. It is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services as an Adult Day Health Care facility for up to 30 participants.
