St. Ann's Adult Day Services offers comprehensive medical and social adult day programs designed to provide respite for caregivers while ensuring a safe and engaging environment for participants. St. Ann's Adult Day Services offers both medical and social models of care. The medical model includes skilled nursing care, health monitoring, case management, personal care, and various therapies (physical, occupational, and speech). Additional medical services such as blood pressure/glucose monitoring, oxygen treatments, and lab work are also available. The social model focuses on providing a stimulating environment through activities like exercise and wellness programs, religious and educational events, music, crafts, gardening, and intergenerational activities. Participants also receive nutritious snacks and hot meals, medication reminders, and daytime respite for caregivers. The program is designed to promote socialization, independence, and overall well-being.

St. Ann's Adult Day Services is located at 1500 Portland Avenue in Irondequoit, NY, with an additional site at Durand Senior Apartments on 4250 Culver Road, Rochester, NY. The main site operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., while the Durand location offers medical program hours from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and social program hours from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Transportation is provided for participants, making it easier for them to attend the program.
