Mother Earth Adult Day Care

Mother Earth Adult Day Care, serving San Antonio since 1974, is a family-owned facility dedicated to adults 18 and older with medical and mental health needs. It offers a comprehensive program designed to promote independence through restorative and rehabilitative nursing care, alongside a variety of social and recreational activities. The center prides itself on its nurturing environment, personalized care plans, and a commitment to the well-being of each client. With nearly 3 acres of land, clients enjoy outdoor activities, including picnics and dances, in addition to indoor amenities like a gym and pool.

Mother Earth Adult Day Care provides a wide range of services tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
