Services & Care
Living with Purpose Day Program offers day habilitation services designed to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Activities include reading and reflection in the library room, movie and TV enjoyment in the media room, and physical exercise in the fitness room. Participants can also explore digital tools in the computer room and relax in the nature room with plants and soothing sounds. The program emphasizes goal acquisition, community integration, and building healthy relationships. Participants must be able to manage personal care, feed themselves, and communicate clearly. The program requires reliable transportation and Medicaid or waiver funding. The team, including a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, provides personalized support to help individuals thrive.

Living with Purpose Day Program is located at 2255 Bluestone Dr, St Charles, MO 63303. The program operates Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm and on Fridays from 9 am to 2 pm. Participants must arrive between 9:00–9:15 AM and depart between 2:55–3:10 PM, with earlier departure times on Fridays. The program accepts Medicaid and waiver funding, with other funding sources reviewed upon request. Participants must be 18 or older, capable of group activities, and able to manage personal care independently. They must bring their own lunch daily and disclose any criminal history. The program does not serve individuals with behaviors that pose a danger to themselves or others.
