Care Cafe Adult Day Center is a social-model adult day program in St. Louis for older adults who benefit from structure, engagement and light health support. Each participant has a personalized plan of care, and days combine group programming, cognitive enrichment, creative activities, light fitness and community outings. The center also offers caregiver respite and education, plus optional services such as therapy, showers and hair and nail care. Services & Care
The program includes structured group activities, cognitive enrichment and brain health activities, music, art and creative expression, light fitness and fall prevention, and community outings. Staff assist with daily living activities as needed, and a nurse provides wellness monitoring and medication management. Breakfast, lunch and a snack are served. Optional services include physical, occupational and speech therapy, showers, haircuts and nail care, and transportation is offered to and from the center within a set area and to outings.
