Eternity Adult Day Care

Eternity Adult Day Care is a comprehensive program in St. Louis designed for functionally impaired individuals, offering a variety of health and social support services. With a mission to provide a loving, caring, and safe environment, the center has served the community for over 20 years. It focuses on improving or stabilizing participants' functioning at home through individualized care plans, promoting mental and physical stimulation. The center is committed to respecting the dignity of each person, fostering a caring spirit, and maintaining the capabilities of all participants. Licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Eternity Adult Day Care ensures a safe and nurturing environment for adults 18 and older with disabilities.

Eternity Adult Day Care provides a wide range of services to meet the needs of its participants. Transportation services include assistance from home to the van and escorting to doctors' appointments. Nutritional meals, prepared by a nutritionist, include breakfast, lunch, and a healthy snack. Social activities such as field trips, arts and crafts, music and movement, games, and exercise are designed to boost morale and promote individual success. Health monitoring by licensed nurses includes vital signs, weight checks, and medication distribution. Additional services include Bible study, gardening, special outings, laundry service, computer access, and therapeutic activities. The center also offers bathing and shower assistance by professionally trained staff.

Eternity Adult Day Care is located at 2400 North Sarah, Saint Louis, MO 63113, and is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The center accepts Medicaid and private pay options.
