Council on Aging of Martin County, Inc. at the Kane Center

The Council on Aging of Martin County, Inc. at the Kane Center has been serving the community since 1974, providing a wide range of services tailored to seniors' needs. The Kane Center is designed to offer a secure and comfortable atmosphere for seniors, their families, and caregivers. Programs include the Adult Day Club, Memory Enhancement Center, and Meals on Wheels, all aimed at promoting independence and quality of life. The facility also hosts events and activities to encourage socialization and engagement among seniors. With a focus on holistic care, the Kane Center integrates medical supervision, therapeutic activities, and personalized care plans to meet the diverse needs of its clients.

The Adult Day Club offers therapeutic recreational and social activities, exercise programs, cognitive therapy, and community outings. Nutritious meals are provided to meet any dietary needs, and specialized memory care is available for those with early memory loss. The Memory Enhancement Center focuses on brain health through research-based activities designed to improve cognitive function. Meals on Wheels delivers hot, noontime meals to homebound seniors, with options for various therapeutic diets. The Kane Center also provides care management services to help seniors live independently, along with resources and support for caregivers.

The Kane Center is located at 900 SE Salerno Rd, Stuart, FL 34997. Meals on Wheels are delivered Monday through Friday between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. The Adult Day Club operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with extended hours available upon request. The Memory Enhancement Center follows the same schedule. Senior Dining Centers are available at various locations for those who prefer to dine in a social setting.
