Golden Days Adult Day Health Center is a small, home-like adult day health program on Research Court in Suwanee, serving families across North Metro Atlanta and Forsyth County, including Johns Creek, Cumming, Alpharetta and Duluth. It provides daytime care for seniors and adults with medical or cognitive needs, combining on-site nursing and health monitoring with personal care, meals and structured social, cognitive and physical activities. People living with dementia and other memory conditions can attend. The center offers full-day and part-day schedules, as well as free tours and a free day pass for families considering the program.

Services & Care

An on-site nursing team monitors health through the day, and staff administer medications according to each participant's care plan. Staff help with activities of daily living, and optional one-on-one bathing and grooming is available at additional cost. The day includes therapeutic, cognitive and social activities, live music and dancing, nutritious meals and snacks, and an on-site nail and hair salon; the center also coordinates with licensed therapy providers. Door-to-door transportation is offered for eligible participants in its service area.
