The center accommodates individuals with various medical conditions, including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, offering specialized memory care programs and therapeutic interventions. Daily programming highlights include group exercise sessions, arts and crafts, music therapy, and cognitive stimulation activities. The care level provided ranges from social supervision and support to medical care, depending on the individual’s needs. Transportation is provided throughout the PACE service area, facilitating access to the Day Center and medical appointments. The center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay. For VA benefits, please contact the Veteran’s Administration directly to determine eligibility. Admission requirements include being 55 or older and certified by the State of Michigan to need nursing home level of care, residing within the PACE service area, and demonstrating the ability to live safely in the community with PACE program services.
