Elevation Truckee is a nonprofit day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, serving Truckee and the North Lake Tahoe region. Clients aged 18 and older work daily on personal goals in self-expression, functional and healthy living skills, and vocational skills. The campus has a kitchen, dining room, computer room, music room, art studio and workshop, and a Victorian house with gardens and a sensory room. In its Blue House Collab shop, clients learn small-business skills by making, marketing and selling their products. It is licensed by the California Department of Social Services as an Adult Day Program for up to 30 participants.

The program is tailored to each client's interests and goals, with work on self-expression, healthy living skills and vocational skills. Weekly classes teach small-business management through the Blue House Collab retail shop. Facilities include a stainless-steel kitchen, computer room, music room, art studio, workshop and a sensory room for quiet time.
