Bakersfield ARC Access Now Program

Access Now is a weekday community integration program run by Bakersfield ARC, a nonprofit that has served adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Kern County since 1949. Participants spend their day in the community in small groups, taking part in community events, recreation, volunteering and skill building toward independent living and vocational goals. Staff work with each person to set and pursue their own goals.
