Community Adult Day Center is located at 4501 Main St, Downers Grove, IL 60515, on the Garden Level of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. The center operates Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. Attendance options include full-day (5 hours and over) at $110 per day, half-day (up to 5 hours) at $85 per day, and one day per week at $125. CADC recommends members attend at least two days per week for optimal benefits. Payment can be made via private pay, the state-funded Community Care Program, VA benefits, or long-term care insurance. The center collaborates with DuPage Senior Services for financial assistance inquiries. Transportation providers are available to assist members in getting to and from the center.
