Reimagine, formerly the Rehabilitation Institute of Southern California, is a nonprofit that partners with people with disabilities and their families across their lives. At its Fullerton campus, adults take part in health, wellness and clinical services together with lifelong learning programs. Participants include adults who are neurodiverse or medically fragile, and plans are built around each person's goals. It is licensed by the California Department of Public Health as an Adult Day Health Care center.
Services & Care
A full-time registered nurse supports daily health needs, and physical, occupational and speech therapy are tailored to each person. Services also include personal care assistance, dietary and pharmacy consultations, individual and group counseling, exercise and fitness, and help coordinating medical appointments. Lifelong learning offers classes from computer literacy and career exploration to music, arts and fitness, plus community experiences.
