Key Care Club

Key Care Club is Citrus County's only adult day care center licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration. They provide safe, caring supervision to dependent adults, offering specialized care to promote physical and emotional wellness while catering to their daily needs. Their mission is to provide industry-leading, customized care that promotes health, safety, and well-being. The center offers a nurturing environment where adults can interact with others and participate in meaningful activities. Staff are trained in various specialized areas, including Alzheimer’s and dementia care, CPR, and medication supervision. The center also provides meals and snacks, with financial assistance available for those in need.

Key Care Club offers a variety of activities designed to promote physical and cognitive wellness, including arts and crafts, games, daily living instruction, pet therapy (when available), and exercise. They also host discussions, movie viewings, special events, and storytime. Meals and snacks are included in their services. The staff are trained or certified in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, CPR, Florida Silver Alert and elopement, specialized diets, geriatric anxiety, and supervision of self-administered medication. Additional training includes stroke and aspiration training, Level II background screening, drug screening, and nursing. The center is equipped to handle the unique needs of each member, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Care Club is located at 1311 N Garnett Miller Loop, Lecanto, FL 34461, in Main Room #206. They are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
