Easterseals Southern California Adult Day Services – San Pedro

This San Pedro location is one of Easterseals Southern California's many Adult Day Services sites. The program serves adults with developmental, physical, cognitive or multiple disabilities, with hands-on activities that promote personal growth, community involvement and skill development. Participants build skills such as community safety awareness, using public transportation, personal care, money management, self-advocacy and social skills. A reviewer calls it a special place. It is licensed by the California Department of Social Services as an Adult Day Program for up to 25 participants.

Participants gain skills in community safety awareness, use of public transportation, personal care, money management, accessing community resources, self-advocacy, technology, social skills, and health and wellness. Easterseals also offers a Virtual Community where adult day participants can connect, socialize and join live events from their own devices.
