Royal Touch Adult Day Center is dedicated to providing meaningful activities that help participants maintain lifelong skills and discover new ones. The center proudly serves Medicaid recipients through the Long-Term Care/HCBS program, offering free participation. For those without Medicaid, affordable private pay rates are available. Royal Touch Adult Day Center specializes in memory care and offers a variety of activities to engage participants. Daily exercise, cooking classes, and music activities are part of the program. The center also provides transportation services, including shopping trips and community excursions. Nursing services are available as requested by physicians, and the center coordinates physical and occupational therapy. Specialized programs are offered for conditions like Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, and developmental disabilities. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and two snacks, ensuring nutritional needs are met.

Royal Touch Adult Day Center is located at 12 Worthington Access Dr, Maryland Heights, MO. The center operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Medicaid recipients can participate for free through the Long-Term Care/HCBS program. Private pay rates start at $45 per day without transportation and $60 per day with transportation. Monthly rates are also available. The center is licensed by the Missouri Department of Health Senior Services and partners with various community organizations.
