Home Away From Home Adult Day Services

Home Away From Home Adult Day Services is a social day center on NE 10th Street in Midwest City that focuses on veterans and adults using Oklahoma's Medicaid ADvantage program, as well as DDSD and respite waivers. Participants can choose from video games, movies, Wii bowling, board games, pool, arts and crafts, cognitive activities and exercise, and the center holds holiday and birthday celebrations. The center offers social and recreational activities, educational and cognitive programs focused on memory, attention and problem-solving, and exercise programs tailored to each participant on request. Breakfast and lunch are served Monday through Friday, and transportation is offered. Bible study is held Wednesdays and Thursdays, and haircuts and manicures are offered every other Monday.
