Club 75 is a community day service co-designed by Openhouse, which serves LGBTQ+ seniors, and On Lok, a long-time senior health and support provider, and is named for its location at 75 Laguna St on the Openhouse campus. It offers structured days centered on dignity and joy for older adults 55 and up who are members of, or allies to, the LGBTQ+ community and who would benefit from daily support from trained caregivers. Participants share nutritious meals and snacks, receive rides to and from home, take part in activities that celebrate their identities, and get personal care coordination and wellness resources. Reviewers of Openhouse describe kind, attentive staff and a welcoming community. It is licensed by the California Department of Social Services as an Adult Day Program for up to 60 participants.

Services & Care

Each day includes structured programming, nutritious meals and snacks with peers, and support from trained caregivers. Participants receive rides from home to the program and back, along with personal care coordination and wellness resources. The program cannot accommodate conditions requiring 24-hour nursing care, non-healing wounds or active communicable TB.
