Hope Services Senior Program – Parkmoor

Hope Services, a nonprofit serving people with developmental disabilities for over 70 years, runs a senior program in San Jose at its Parkmoor Avenue site, which also houses its EMCC and Tailored Day Services programs, community employment and mental health services. The senior program is designed for adults looking for retirement alternatives to work or active day programming, helping them age in place and stay engaged on site and in the community. Activities focus on daily living skills, physical health, self-advocacy, personal interests, volunteering and social connection. It is licensed by the California Department of Social Services as an Adult Day Program for up to 60 participants.
