Reimagine Santa Ana Campus

Reimagine (formerly the Rehabilitation Institute of Southern California) is an Orange County nonprofit that partners with people with disabilities and their families across all stages of life. At its Santa Ana campus, adult participants, including those who are neurodiverse or medically fragile, follow personalized plans in on-site and community settings, with classes from computer literacy and career exploration to music, the arts, and health and fitness, plus access to community college courses. Its Health, Wellness and Clinical Services add physical, occupational and speech therapy, a full-time registered nurse, personal care, dietary and pharmacy consultations, counseling and care coordination. A longtime caregiver praises the kind, compassionate staff and spacious campus, and visitors mention a well-equipped fitness center, though other reviewers report poor experiences with staff and activities. It is licensed by the California Department of Public Health as an Adult Day Health Care center.

Clinical care includes occupational, physical and speech therapy, nursing support from a full-time registered nurse, personal care assistance, dietary and pharmacy consultations, and individual and group counseling. Staff coordinate medical appointments and communicate with health care providers for participants and families. Lifelong Learning offers multi-level classes in computer literacy, career exploration, music, art, and health and fitness, along with community outings.
