Americana Adult Day Center in Tustin offers Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS), a day health program for older adults and adults with chronic medical, cognitive or behavioral health conditions or disabilities who are at risk of needing institutional care. Each participant gets an individual assessment and care plan, and the program combines healthcare with social and therapeutic activities. Licensed professionals provide nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dietary consultation and mental health support. The center provides transportation to and from the center for Medi-Cal participants.
