Prince William Adult Day Healthcare Center

The Adult Day Healthcare Center is run by the Prince William Area Agency on Aging and serves eligible residents of Prince William County, the City of Manassas and the City of Manassas Park. It supports adults 18 and older with dementia or physical or cognitive impairments who cannot or should not stay home alone during the day, offering structured therapeutic and recreational activities, peer interaction and meals, and giving caregivers respite. The program aims to help participants stay safely in the community and delay unnecessary institutional care. It is licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services as an adult day care center for up to 30 participants.

The program provides structured therapeutic and recreational activities, social engagement, personal care and health monitoring, and nutritious meals in a supportive setting. It is designed for adults with dementia or physical or cognitive impairments, and a monthly newsletter lists daily activities and events.

The center is located at 15941 Donald Curtis Dr, Woodbridge, VA 22191, and is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is contracted through Medicaid, and eligibility is determined by an Agency Supportive Services Specialist after an in-home assessment.
