Memory Support Day Retreat at Valley Residence

The Memory Support Day Retreat is a daytime program inside Ascension Living Valley Residence, a Catholic-rooted memory support community in Chattanooga. It offers structure, cognitive enrichment, social connection and wellness oversight for people living with memory loss or dementia in a secure setting, while giving caregivers respite. New participants complete a pre-admission assessment, health and medication review, cognitive and functional evaluation and life story, which shape an individual support plan.
