The Club at Abe's Garden is a membership day program for people living with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias who still live at home, run by the nonprofit Abe's Garden Community in Nashville. Programming follows Hearthstone Institute's I'm Still Here approach, with staff learning each member's story, strengths and preferences and building activities around what members want to do. Staff receive dementia-care training. Caregivers who use the program describe it as engaging and safe, and say the days their loved one attends give them time to rest and handle their own tasks. It is a licensed adult day services center in Tennessee.

Activities include art, history discussions, exercise, chair yoga and meditation, brain games, sing-alongs, flower arranging, drum circles, book club readings, pet therapy and music therapy.
