Altamedix ADHC is located at 4234 N Freeway Blvd #500, Sacramento, CA 95834. The center operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Transportation is provided for participants, ensuring convenient access to the center. AltaMedix accepts a variety of Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans, including Anthem Blue Cross, HealthNet, Kaiser Permanente, and Molina Healthcare in Sacramento County.
