Sutter SeniorCare PACE

Sutter SeniorCare PACE, part of Sutter Health, is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that brings a team of health care professionals together around each participant's medical, social and emotional needs. Its Sacramento adult day health center offers art and music therapy, indoor and outdoor physical therapy, on-site medical services and a hot lunch for everyone at the center, and shuttle bus transportation is provided. Reviews are mixed: some describe kind, professional staff and enjoyable activities, while others report shuttle delays and concerns about the medical care. It is licensed by the California Department of Public Health as an Adult Day Health Care center.

The PACE team coordinates medical, social and emotional care for each participant. At the center, participants have access to on-site medical services, indoor and outdoor physical therapy, and art and music therapy, and a hot lunch is served to everyone attending. Shuttle bus transportation to and from the center is provided.
