Santa Maria Wisdom Center

The Wisdom Center is an adult day health care program in Santa Maria that aims to help people stay at home by addressing medical, emotional, cognitive and social needs. A typical day starts with pickup at home, a nursing check of vital signs and breakfast, followed by activities, an individualized exercise program designed by physical and occupational therapists, social work support and lunch before the ride home.
