Open House Center (OHC) is a Concord nonprofit established in 2016 that runs a day program for adults and older adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with a focus on people who have complex healthcare and behavioral needs. Care plans are developed by licensed nurses and educators and address needs such as social isolation, medication adherence and health maintenance. The day program includes gardening, games, cooking, arts and crafts, monthly guest speakers, an annual Olympic Games and parties.
