Bethany Ranch Home Day Training Program

Bethany Ranch Home is a Christian nonprofit founded in 1966 that serves people with developmental disabilities through group homes, adult developmental homes, day programs, transportation and home and community based services. Its day training (DTA) program focuses on education, skill-building, social and work-environment interactions, and fun, with locations in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale and Prescott. Bethany Ranch openly keeps Christian values at the center of the program and supports Christian music, prayer and the Bible. The program takes a holistic approach to vocational, social, educational and physical growth.

Weekly activities include computer skills, gym workouts, bowling, pool, frisbee, kickball and bocce ball, arts and crafts, cooking classes, daily chores, volunteer and community service, and job skill preparation. Special outings include the zoo, science center, art museum, train park, swimming, horse shows, the state fair, rodeos, sporting events, church functions and Special Olympics. Extended hours and transportation may be available.

Bethany Ranch Home is at 6130 N 16th St, Phoenix, AZ 85016. Normal DTA hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and extended hours and transportation may be available.
